1^st Time Home Buyers Rebate Program

Did you know that if you are a first time buyer or have not owned a property in 5 years you are  eligible to participate in the first time buyers program as set out by Revenue Canada. The average person is able to get a one time tax free refund of between $4,000 and $6,000 dollars. That translates to a refund of $8,000-$12,000 per couple. In a case where one of the applicants had owned property the other person is still able to recieve the refund.
